Background
Cannabis Training University (CTU) is the leading cannabis certification school in the US and Canada, and has over 50,000 graduates worldwide. 
Problem
Despite the high traffic on CTU's website, conversions were below 1%. Also, users were having a difficult time finding some key information about the programs. The site was also in need of a facelift to be more representative and inclusive of the users.   
Before
After
The header was updated to include some motion - a video to help users/students visualize the progression of marijuana seeds, turning to flower, then to oil - and ultimately becoming income.
Instead of having to scroll down the page 3-4 times to find the classes, the class tiles were moved up the page and key information added regarding each specific certification program.
The Call to Action button was changed from "Learn More" to the price of the class - so the class can be added to the cart with one click.
We made the social proof more visible and added inclusive designs that better represents the community of users.
